Winter 2022 - Prayer

Congratulations to the winners of the Society of Jesus in Victoria – Jesuit Communications Winter Raffle 2022.

Thankfully there is nothing complicated about prayer. It is simply an encounter between ourselves and God.

Prayer makes our lives complete. It adds colour and is its own reward.

Churches, old and new, are central to our community and personal faith.

Covid has caused us to re-evaluate how we celebrate the Eucharist as ‘community’.

The aim is to develop a personal prayer life to such an extent that whatever you are doing or wherever you are, you are praying.

Prayer is an investment in a relationship and requires commitment time, listening and caring.

There are no constraints on when, where or how we pray.
